By using Tavo ("Tavo", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Tavo. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for all content you post ("User Content"). You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, obscene, or violates others' rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
We provide tools to report objectionable content and block other users. We review reports and remove violating content within 24 hours. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.
You may not: harass or threaten other users; post spam or misleading information; attempt to circumvent location features; use the service for commercial solicitation without permission; or interfere with the app's operation.
Tavo includes AI-powered features including the @Tavo assistant and spot recommendations. These features are provided for convenience and entertainment purposes only. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated — they do not constitute professional advice of any kind. You should not rely on AI responses for decisions involving safety, health, legal matters, or financial matters. We are not liable for any harm resulting from your reliance on AI-generated content.
Your use of Tavo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
The Tavo name, logo, and app design are owned by Epiphany Lab LLC. You retain rights to your User Content but grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the service.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for User Content or for any harm resulting from your interactions with other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Epiphany Lab LLC's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For significant changes, we will provide in-app notice.
